80% Non-Superwash Merino + 20% Possum Fur | 400 metres per 100g skein | 28sts to 10cm using 2.75mm - 3.25mm needles.
A woollen spun yarn which is super soft, light & airy. The possum fibre adds light brown undertone to the yarn, as well as a beautiful halo and warmth due to its excellent insulation properties.
Although a Fingering / 4 Ply yarn, due to the halo of the possum fur which fills in the 'gaps' between stitches, we recommend knitting this yarn at a Sport Weight / 5 Ply gauge.
Use: Perfect for lightweight garments and accessories.
Hand wash only as this is a non-superwash base. Dry flat in shade.
