In-stock / ready to ship yarns will be posted within three (3) days from the date of order.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Please refer to the pre-order timeframe advice in the product description of any pre-order items.

AUSTRALIA
Flat rate shipping - $12 (Standard) or $15 (Express).

NEW ZEALAND
Flat rate shipping - $18.20 (Standard) or $30.20 (Express).

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Flat rate shipping - $25 (Standard) or $37 (Express). If you are shopping online from the US or Canada, the prices shown on our website automatically include the tariff charges, which we pre-pay on your behalf.

Excludes oversized items, all amounts in AUD.

INTERNATIONAL
Postage costs for all other countries will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a Local Pickup service which you can select at checkout. When your order is ready for you to pick up you will receive a email notification.

DYED TO ORDER
Items ordered with dyed-to-order yarn will be held and shipped together once your dyed to order yarn is ready. If you’d like your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases!

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order.

  • All return items must be in resaleable condition, unless it was faulty or damaged.
  • It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
  • We cannot accept returned yarn if it has been wound from a skein into a ball or cake.

The Thread & Maple Project Page is a handmade leather case is ideal for storing everything you need for your work-in-progress knitting project.

Available in-stock and ready to ship.

It has specialized pockets for your fixed circulars/interchangeables, DPN's/crochet hooks and a zip pocket for essential notions.

It folds closed with rotating snaps as a standalone case to take on the go, or can be neatly stored in the Thread & Maple Needle Binder together with the rest of your needles.

The rose pink leather version was designed for our 2023 'Knit for the Girls' breast cancer fundraiser and is embossed with a Pink Ribbon emblem on the outer shell.
