Westknits Go Go Dynamo MKAL - Merino Silk Yak Fingering - Kit 3

Go Go Dynamo, the Westknits MKAL 2024 (mystery knit-along) will be the 15th annual MKAL! 

All Louie & Lola Go Go Dynamo Kits will be dyed to order and will include a total of four (4) x 100gm skeins, dyed on our Merino Silk Yak Fingering base. 

Kit 3 includes 2 skeins of Cherry Pie and 2 skeins of Dusty Rose.

Stephen West has advised this year’s shawl is going to be a lively energetic design filled with bold geometric details. Go Go Dynamo is designed for two contrasting colors. 

Merino Silk Yak Fingering

• 60% Superwash Merino, 20% Silk, 20% Yak. 
• Meterage is 366m / weight per 100g skein.  Kit total 400g (200g of each colourway).
• This base is luxuriously silky and drapey, with good twist and a stunning natural grey-brown base colour/undertone due to the yak content. 
• Care: Gentle machine wash or hand wash and dry flat in shade.

All yarns are hand dyed in small batches using professional quality acid dyes and heat set to ensure colours that will last.

Every effort has been made to remove any excess dye from the yarn, however a little may remain, particularly with dark and rich colours.  It is therefore recommended to gently hand wash your hand dyed projects on their own, in cold water, with wool wash or a mild detergent.
